A bit about me...
My name is David Hall, and I have been a professional full-time real estate agent in Texas for over 12 years.
I first came to the Fort Hood while in the Military. I have been a current resident of Copperas Cove since 1993.
I retired from the military. Additionally, I worked 8 years in a leading technology company in the Telecommunication Industry.
I specialize in residential real estate sales. I have found that selling real estate is not about houses… It’s about people.
I truly enjoy working with all types of individuals and families to achieve what is right for you in one of the largest and most
important financial transactions in your life. I do this by always listening to you (my clients), advising you but realizing
it is your decision, having superior marketing and negotiating skills, and staying on top of technology that changes rapidly.
I also base my business on three principals that guide everything I do… Knowledge, Integrity and Service.
By constantly learning and striving to know this business inside and out, always treating everyone honestly and ethically,
and committing to giving you a level of service above and beyond your expectations, I create lasting relationships and a thriving business
I can be proud of. And I get results! Real estate is a career for the entrepreneur who will only get out of his hard work what he put into it. If you are considering selling or buying in the coming year, please contact me now.
I will be happy to help you achieve your goals. If you appreciate my values, and need real estate services, consider using
me as your agent. Call me at 254.681.5501
I am also a photographer and applies my knowledge of photography and video into my marketing of all my listings.
As the old saying goes you only get one chance to make a first impression. Over 90% of new home buyers search the internet first.
This is why it is so important to have the best photos and video’s to market your home.
My Earned Designation...TRLP, GRI, ABR, TAHS, CRS, e-PRO
Have you ever wonder what all the acronyms were after a Realtors name? Below explains the ones that I have earned.
The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) is designed to meet the needs of REALTORS® and to provide an innovative leadership program for selected participants who transform the power of knowledge into volunteer service. Its core values include: community, service, integrity, and commitment.
The GRI designation is earned by completing a national program of specialized and advanced education for the licensed REALTOR®.
